This allows us to offer the appointment to another client who may be on our waiting list. 2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. 3. No-shows (clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice) will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. 4.
